2. Data We Collect

When using the Browser Plan (Free): All processing happens entirely in your browser. No video, GPS, or fitness data is transmitted to our servers. We collect only anonymized technical logs (truncated IP address, browser type, access time) to ensure service operation.

When using the Server Plan (Pro): Your uploaded video file and GPS/FIT file are transmitted to our servers solely for the purpose of rendering the requested export. These files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after the download has been completed. We do not store uploaded media files permanently.

Account data (Server Plan): Email address, hashed password, and subscription plan.

3. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract) for the provision of the Service, and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests) for anonymized technical logging to ensure service security and stability.

4. File Handling & Retention

Uploaded video, GPX, and FIT files are processed in RAM only and are deleted from our servers immediately after the export file is delivered for download. No copies are retained. Render jobs that time out or are cancelled are cleaned up automatically.

Technical log data is retained for a maximum of 30 days and then permanently deleted.

5. Hosting & Data Location

Our servers are located in Germany (Frankfurt am Main, EU). No data is transferred to countries outside the European Union.

6. Cookies

We use only technically necessary session cookies to maintain your session state. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies are used without your explicit consent.

7. Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social media tracking on this service. No data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
